Utah Tech Spotlight
Yesterday I attended the Utah Tech Spotlight at Rumbi's (53rd and State). Steve Spencer of Twelve Horses led the introductions.
The spotlight was on Berkley Data System's MOZY. Josh Coates (the founder) gave an interesting spotlight on his company, followed by a discussion of the pros and cons of being a tech company in Utah. Josh had some interesting insights on which I need to follow-up.
After the discussion a number of people hung around to discuss various technologies that are the current buzz. Phil Burns, Laura and other Twitter evangelists convinced me that I need to learn more about Twitter. It was great way to spend a Friday afternoon.
