Microsoft Judgment Upheld
Sometimes things just don't go your way. A district court judge recently upheld the $1.5 Billion dollar patent infringement verdict which Alcatel-Lucent obtained against Microsoft. Now we will just have to wait and see if the record judgment stands up on appeal.
