Qualcomm Gets A Break
Qualcomm has had some rough days recently. It has lost several major legal battles. Wednesday, it got a break. The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit stayed the implementation of a ban the import of certain Qualcomm chips used in cell phones while Qualcomm appeals a decision of the of an International Trade Commission. Qualcomm had previously failed in its attempt to get President Bush to veto the ban.
