Today I was talking to a friend about patents and I mentioned one of my blogs - thecompetitiveinsight.com - that provides current information about patents granted and trademarks registered to Utah companies.  It also has published patent and trademark applications.

My friend told me that he was aware of another site that does the same thing called ipthoughts.com.  Yes, it is true, that information used to be here on ipthoughts.  However, about 18 months ago we spun it off because it was taking over my blog.  (Four dedicated posts a week leaves little room for my ranting about various other matters.

So if you are wondering why you don't find anything since 2007 on ipthoughts, try the competitive insight instead.
